By accessing or using LeadHunter Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, free accounts, and paid subscribers.
LeadHunter Pro is a lead generation platform that helps web developers and agencies identify local businesses without websites, generate AI-powered pitch materials, and access tools to sell recurring AI services. This includes Google Places-powered lead scanning, AI-generated developer briefs and pitch packs, a library of 12 AI tool templates with build guides, and a user dashboard.
You must provide a valid email address and password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@leadhunterpro.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
LeadHunter Pro offers three tiers: Starter (free, 2 searches), Professional ($100/month, 45 searches), and Enterprise ($250/month, unlimited searches). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to: use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in deceptive outreach; scrape or redistribute lead data from the Service; attempt to reverse engineer or access the underlying code; use automated tools to circumvent usage limits; resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent; or violate any applicable law.
The Service and all its content are owned by LeadHunter Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated content produced through your use of the Service is licensed to you for personal business use. You may not resell or distribute AI-generated output as a standalone product.
The Service integrates with Google Places API, Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic Claude, and Vercel. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that lead data will be complete or accurate. Business information sourced from Google Places may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
LeadHunter Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
