We collect: Account data (email address, hashed password, plan type, subscription status); Usage data (search queries, search history, searches used, session timestamps); Payment data (processed entirely by Stripe — we never store credit card numbers or CVVs); Technical data (IP address, browser type, device info, session cookies).
We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts); monitor usage to enforce limits and detect abuse; respond to support requests; and analyze anonymized aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in the United States. Account data is retained while your account is active. Search history and lead data are retained for 12 months then automatically deleted. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days except where required for legal or billing compliance.
We use: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Google Places API (business data), Anthropic Claude (AI generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
We use cookies solely for session management (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent you from staying logged in to the Service.
You have the right to: access a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; receive your data in a machine-readable format; and unsubscribe from non-transactional communications. To exercise these rights, email support@leadhunterpro.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.
